Can I just say that I LOVE this new site I found that totally motivates me to lose the baby weight. You see, I have a hard time saying no to sweet things...anyone who really knows me can testify to that! I wanted something to just tell me what to eat. No choices, just give me a menu that would work. Like, I would love to do the Nutrisystem thing but it's too expensive and then where would I put it? So I decided since Ryan is 6 weeks old now (can you believe it?) and this is my last baby, I am going to get back to what I was in college...or at least what I was when Jason and I started dating... but I am breastfeeding so I have to be healthy for Ryan and lose the weight at the same time. I found this website called babyfit and it is amazingly helpful to me. Just what I was looking for. It gives me a menu...lets me change the things I dont like...sets goals...gives me a workout program...lets me keep track of EVERYTHING to do with nutrition and exercise. The best part is that it customizes the workouts for someone who had a c section 6 weeks ago! How cool is that? It can work for you at any stage postpartum (up to a year) and during pregnancy. And if you aren't pregnant or just had a baby they have a sister site that does the same thing: http://sparkpeople.com/ ...oh, and it's free, cuz let me tell ya...I wouldn't be doin it if it wasn't! *cross your fingers* that it works for me. I hope to be quite different when I go back to work on December 1st. I want everyone to say, "oooooo, girl! Look at you! allllll skkkkiiinnnyyyy!"
lol....lol....lol....
I'm serious though. :)
