SBPOA= San Bernardino Police Officers Association Picnic.

My dad's work has this awesome picnic every year. It's sort of the last 'hurrah' of Summer. They hold it at Yuciapa Regional Park. This year there was the 'taco man' that I always hear people talking about.

The Sheriff's department landed their helicopter right in the middle of the park with us standing several yards away. It was pretty cool to see. Once they land they let all the kids climb inside. Those bigger kids are my sisters and brothers...or 'auntie' and 'uncle' according to Allie and Ry. Look at Allie's face, she wanted to do the opposite of smile. Silly girl!

Ry would not get close enough to take a picture. Jason tried to show Ryan how it was done, but, still, nope. He would not do it.

But he did want to take a picture with the cool helicopter! :)

The best part was watching the helicopter take off again. Then it did a really low fly by right over us. The kids thought that was awesome.
