Photo Session

So get ready... I have a lot of pictures for ya...I'm just gonna do this "Caption" Style!

Ok...so here's some pictures of the hair cut I hate. However I have to admit that it's not as bad as it was. I'm getting used to it I guess. I like the front much better than the back.

It's hard to get a picture of the backby yourself. This was like, try number 32! lol...It's the best I can do.

Here I am, 8 months along...huge as ever! Allie is doing the booty bump with her lil sibling (you know, cuz the baby is upside down) My tummy makes a great seat!

Aww...blue eyes and mountains of curls...where's her smile?

Just me...

Allie's new favorite thing in the whole world is brushing her teeth! and she's really good at it too!

...and her next favorite: Playing in her 'kitchen'...

So Jason and I have been working really hard at getting Allie's new room ready and I'm happy so say that aside from some wall letters we ordered that are on it's way it is finally finished! A year after she's born, we finally FINALLY were able to give her the room we've always wanted for her... Thanks to George Bush and those stimulus checks!

Here's her new 4 in 1 convertable crib and toy box...the picture on the wall was mine as a little girl, now it's in my daughters room.

Just the crib...

She loves it!

The painting process..only took her Daddy and her uncle a couple of hours...and I must say, they did an EXCELLENT job!

The before shot: her room before new furniture and paint. Actually this is the new baby's room because Allie moved over a room, into the bigger one. The new baby will get all of her old furniture too. I hope to be able to paint the room yellow this weekend...that is if the wonderful painters I contracted for Allie's room are available..:)

Allie's new bookcase (where she is currently playing at this very moment) and park bench and her new dresser. I love it all. It's all Cherry wood. We originally were going to go white but then after thinking about how dirty it's going to get and how long it has to last her, we decided against it and went with cherry.

Her lovely bookcase...

The Pose
I thought this was too cute not to share. Allie has taken to this pose everytime she sees a camera. It cracks me up....

Well, that's all really. Life as a Schafer has been pretty normal and calm. That's why I love it soooo much!

Awwww...so cute! You're so pregnant! I <3 it! And you'll get used to your hair, or maybe not. But it will grow out. Did I tell you I changed up my blog? Don't know why I bother really posting on her, since no one I know (except you) is on this one! But I guess it's good for my sake...

I'm cracking up over that last series of photos with her head tilted! It's too cute! I especially love the one of her in the tub!! You look great and your haircut IS CUTE!! Plus, it will be so much easier to maintain when you are chasing around 2 babies under the age of 2!!

Your hair is CUTE!! I like it! And, I know that you are pregnant, but I didn't realize HOW pregnant you are! I guess I forgot that you were 8 months pregnant! I bet you are sooo ready! I love those tilted head shots of Allie, she is such an alpha phi already (with her signature pose!)
*hugs*
