My sister in law and I came up with a fancier version of regular Sangria! And let me tell you, it is DE-licious! I just thought I would share it with you. It is super easy to make and once you have the key ingredients you can make this several times by just going out and buying a couple things, instead of all of the ingredients again. Let me know if you try it and what you think!
**Keep in mind this is for a double batch which is what I usually use, if I make it just for home I just half all of the ingredients. **
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- frozen peaches (use as much as you like)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 (750 ml) bottles of Sauvignon Blanc (I just buy the cheapest bottle possible), chilled
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 1/2 cup of peach flavored Schnapps
- 2 bottles of peach sparkling water, chilled
- frozen grapes (to garnish glass, or use as ice cubes)
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pitcher; stir well.
- Chill at least 2 hours (helpful hint: if you chill the wine, and sparkling water before you ever make it then you can skip the chilling part and just drink it right away! :})
- Gently stir in chilled peach sparkling water. Serve over ice and with a few frozen grapes in the glass.
ENJOY!!
…my favorite summer treat! Please let me know what you think!

Sounds delish! Alcohol is hard to come by in these parts, so you'll have to enjoy it for me. Hope all is well on your end :)
