(almost) 21 month old Diva

Well, she's about 4 days away from being 21 months old...

Almost 2. May is coming pretty fast. But the terrible two's are making an early appearance.

and hopefully an even faster exit.

All tantrums aside, my little Allie boo has turned into quite the little sponge. Saying everything she hears and I'm finally able to have little conversations with her here and there. She loves to be pretty. and watch her shows: Backyardigans, Elmo, Little Einsteins, Bunnytown among others.

Cheerios, pancakes (pets), tortillas, apples, Ramen noodles, cheese, crackers, cookies (coocoo's), spaghetti, yogurt, M&M's (nims), fries, juice, milk (muck), chicken nuggets, and quesadillas are all part of her nutritous diet. Because that's all she will eat. It is a battle we fight day in and day out. And most of those things are on a sometimes basis. Sometimes she seems to eat 2 bites of something for the whole day! Drives me crazy! Everyone keeps telling me not to worry, she will not starve herself but I don't know...

oh, she tried pizza today. She liked it; ate 5 bites. It took Jason and I forever to talk her into it. Her problem is not that she doesn't like anything, she just won't even try things I know she would like.

No is her favorite word. She says it even when she means yes.

Naps are gettting fewer and far between. Let me tell you, this little girl needs a nap! She just doesn't wanna miss anything!

She loves to dance. Cutest thing ever! She even has favorite songs on some of her toys that she plays again and again. I danced with her in the living room tonight. She loved that and so did I.

Now that all molars have all been in a few months, she's working on her top fangs. I guess that's what you call them. Thankfully, these teeth are seeming to come in with no problems and no pain. oh and teeth brushing is so fun for her. She has her little routine that we go through twice a day at teeth brushing time. Now she even lets me brush her teeth, she wouldn't let me before, but now I feel better about how clean her teeth are. lol. I just have too many students with rotten teeth, its disgusting.

Her new favorite thing is to be outside. At that park...in the front yard. It doesn't matter to her!

She has some fun little sayings that I've recoreded for viewing delight! She says Happy Day You ever since her uncle Jeff's birthday in the beginning of January. She uses the saying when she sees candles, cakes or balloons or...if you ask her how her day was. She got awesome from the Backyardigans, I think. Just watch, it's cute.

and P.S. The Schafer house of sickies has not turned into the Schafer house of the nagging cough. Both kids are worlds better, just have this lingering, annoying cough. Just thought you'd like to know!
