We’ve been having a blast trying out parks all over Redlands and Highland pretty much every weekend. Here are some pictures of a fun day we had 2 weeks ago at our favorite park: Brookside Park in Redlands right behind the apartments we used to live in when Allie was born! I really like it because it has the baby swings and for some reason Allie is more adventurous there.

Now for the classic picture. I sat on the swing and the boy just conked out. I guess he had had too much fun!
… and you see those glasses I’m wearing? I love those glasses! That was the last time I wore them, may they rest in peace… Right after this trip to the park we went to JCPenny and I let Allie hold them like I always do. When we got to the check out line Allie started saying, “Uh-oh glasses, Uh-oh glasses!” I looked and looked and retraced my steps 4 times, but they were gone! I am soooo bummed. I hope who ever took them enjoys them I guess….They were Electric Volt and now my eyes hurt when I go outside. I seriously need to find another pair but I the closest look I can get are these. I am not sure I like the color but those are the style. Anyhow, I need to decide soon now that this June Gloom will be lifting off California by Wednesday. I think that is how I’ve been getting through the days…

It's hard finding the perfect park, isn't it? LOL! And sorry for you shades, that stinks! Mine are prescription sunglasses and I would DIE without them! (or be really blind!)
